Departed this life June 21st, 2022. Leroy Leslie Kelly Jr., age 65 of Richmond. He is survived by two daughters, Leslie Kelly and Whitney Debraux; two grandchildren, Je-quan Carroll and Bray Winfree; one great grandson, Jaysion Carroll; two sisters, Maxine Blunt(Gerald) and Dale Andrews(Allen); a host of nieces among them a devoted Peggy Thrower; nephews and cousins; one sister- in- law, Delores Lucas; and other relatives and friends among them his devoted companion, Ella Winfree. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where Mr. Kelly can be viewed Thursday from 11AM to 7PM and where funeral services will be held Friday at 3PM. Interment private. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 2:45PM Friday.
