Departed this life October 17th, 2022. Mrs. Lillian C. Mills, age 83, of Richmond. She is preceded in death by two children, Keith Shelton & Anthea Spain and three sisters, Marian Hubbard, Eleanor Wilkins & Nina Oliver. She is survived by two daughters, Letitia Shelton and Coretta Shelton; two sons, Thomas Shelton(Niesha) and Ezekiel Mills; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two sisters, Brenda Jeffers and Barbara Harrell; one brother, William Spain Jr.; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins;  and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where Mrs. Mills can be viewed Tuesday from 10AM to 8PM and where funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1PM. Rev. Earl Brown off. Interment Riverview Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 12:45PM Wednesday.
