Departed peacefully October 12, 2023. Lloyd Douglas Simms, age 78, of Richmond. He is survived by a loving family. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home 2011 Grayland Avenue where services will be held Saturday 1PM. Elder Matthew J. Pettis officiating. Interment Oakwood Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 12:45PM Saturday.
