Louis J. Robinson

Departed this life April 2nd, 2022. Louis Robinson, age 81, of Richmond. He was a member of the Astoria Beneficial Club. He was long-time member of Second Baptist Church(Idlewood Avenue) where he served on the usher board. He is preceded in death by one granddaughter, Yemaya Johnson. He is survived by his wife, Hattie Robinson; one daughter, Sharon Robinson(Lorenzo); two sons, Jenson Robinson and Chris Robinson; two grandchildren, Maya and Jaden Johnson; one sister, Edmonia Scott; one brother, George A. Robinson(Frauline); a host of nieces, nephews and cousins;  sisters- in- law; one brother- in- law and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where the family will receive friends Friday April 15th from 6:30PM to 7:30PM. Graveside services will be held Saturday, April 16th at 1PM at First Baptist Church Amburg, 244 Irmas Lane, Deltaville, Virginia 23043. Family and friends assemble at the cemetery 12:45PM Saturday.
