Departed this life February 20th, 2023. Luther Washington Jr., age 73, of Richmond. He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Washington; one sister, Carolyn Mondrey; four brothers ,Garfield, James(Lucretia), Harold Lee, and Emmett Sr.(Rebecca) Washington; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins; one sister- in- law, Sabrina Montague(James); brother- in- law, James Bailey(Laray); and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where Mr.  Washington can be viewed all day Sunday with the family receiving friends from 2 to 4PM and where funeral services will be held 1PM Monday. Interment Riverview Cemetery.
