Departed this life on November 3^rd, 2022.  Mrs.  Mary Hughes, age 98, of Richmond.  She is preceded in death by her husband, John Hughes and one son, Calvin Hughes.  She is survived by one daughter, Jacqueline Hughes;  three sons, Cleveland, Johnny and Larry Hughes;  five grandchildren;  five great-grandchildren;  a host of nieces, nephews and cousins;  and other relatives and friends.  Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr.  Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where Mrs.  Hughes can be viewed Friday November 18th from 10AM to 8PM and where funeral services will be held Saturday, November 19th at 11:30AM.  Interment Oakwood Cemetery.  Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 11:15AM Saturday.
