Mattie Edwards Jones

Departed this life on January 5th, 2024. Mrs. Mattie E. Jones, age 93, of Richmond. She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Jones; one daughter, Juanita Edwards and one brother, Robert Lee Edwards. She is survived by one daughter, Betty Edwards; two grandsons; a host of great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; one sister-in-law and other relatives and friends among them her goddaughter, Joyce Kenney. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where services will be held at 1 PM Wednesday, January 24.
