Departed this life December 18th, 2020. Michael Churchwell, age 63, of Richmond. He is survived by four children, Nicole, Nichelle, Tiffany and Khalil Newsome; three grandchildren; one sister, Charlotte Walker; three brothers, Harvey(Janice), James and Leroy Churchwell; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins and other relatives and friends among them a goddaughter, Shavon Montague. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where Mr. Churchwell can be viewed Thursday from 11 to 8Pm and where funeral services will be held Saturday at 1PM. Dr. Robert Winfree off. Interment Riverview Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 12:45PM Saturday. The governor’s recommendation on social distancing will apply.
