Departed this life January 13th, 2021. Ms. Mildred Ann Stevens, age 77, of Richmond. She is survived by one son, Ralph Stevens, her devoted companion, Purcell Jones, a niece, Wanda Green and a loving family. Memorial services will be held Wednesday 3:30PM at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. The governor’s guidance on social distancing will be followed.
