Departed this life November 2, 2017. Mrs. Patricia Melvin of Richmond. She is survived by her husband, Levon Melvin; one son, Dwayne Carter; one sister, Hazel Brown; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Friday at 3PM. Interment private. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 2:45PM Friday.
