Phyllis V. Cook

Departed this life December 28th, 2020. Mrs. Phyllis Cook, age 80, of Richmond. She is preceded in death by one son, Darryl Wayne Ford. She is survived by two daughters, Rose Williams and Cynthia Portee; one son, Lacy Ford(Donita); five grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; and other relatives and friends among them  devoted Margaret White(Willie) and Phyllis Willoughby. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where Mrs. Cook can be viewed Sunday from 11 to 6PM and where funeral services will be held Monday at 1PM. Interment Riverview Cemetery. The governor’s declaration on social distancing will apply. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 12:45PM Monday.
