Phyllis Antoinette Dabney

Mrs. Phyllis A. Dabney, age 62, of Richmond, departed this life on August 23, 2026. She is preceded in death by one son, Charles Robinson Dabney II. She is survived by her husband, Charles Robinson Dabney; one son, Jevon Dabney; mother, Phyllis Morris; one sister, Patricia Spruell (Jasper); brother, Terrence Jones (Bae Bae); two uncles, Callis Jones III (Wakella) and James Arthur Jones (Virginia); a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; sisters-in-law; brother-in-law, other relatives and friends. 

Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue, where Mrs. Dabney can be viewed on Sunday, August 30, 2026, from 10:00am to 6:00pm. Funeral services will be held at 11:00am, on Monday, August 31, 2026, at Second Baptist Church, 3300 Broad Rock Blvd, where remains will lie in state one hour prior to the funeral time. Rev. Ralph Hodge, Pastor, Officiating. Interment, Roselawn Memory Gardens. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the church at 10:45am, on Monday.
