Departed this life April 29, 2024. Rev. Rosalyn T. Blowe of Richmond. She is preceded in death by her son, Harvey Lee Miler Jr.(Champ). She is survived by her husband, Thomas Blowe; one daughter, Anita Archer; one grandson; four great-grandchildren; four sisters; five brothers; one brother-in-law; one sister-in-law; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Ave where Rev. Blowe can be viewed Tuesday from 10 to 8PM. Funeral services will be held Wednesday 11AM at Cedar Street Baptist Church, 2301 Cedar Street. Remains will lie in state 1 hour prior funeral time. Rev. Dr. Anthony Michael Chandler Sr., officiating. Family and friends assemble at the church 10:45Am Wednesday.
