Rhonda Levouge Marshall, a spirited caring individual, was born on October 22, 1958, in Richmond, Virginia. She departed from this world on February 19, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of love, communication, and unwavering support for those she held dear.
A proud graduate of Huguenot High School in Richmond, Rhonda further distinguished herself by specializing in vocational training for nurses, which reflected her compassionate nature and desire to help others. She spent many years dedicated to her career at Phillip Morris, where she built lasting relationships and earned the respect of her colleagues.
Rhonda's vibrant personality was marked by her feisty demeanor and her ability to articulate her thoughts candidly. She was known for her willingness to assist anyone in need, embodying the spirit of selflessness and kindness that defined her character. Her love for her family was boundless; she consistently maintained close connections and demonstrated her devotion as a loving daughter, sister, and aunt.
She is remembered fondly by her surviving family members, including her loving daughter Shimeka Spurlock and her four beloved grandchildren: Kayla Spurlock, Treylyn Spurlock, Dream Forbes, and Douglas Mills Jr. Rhonda is also survived by her sister Tanya Marshall Jones, her two brothers Terence and Bradford Ray Marshall, and her two aunts, Evelyn Murphy and Barbara Daniel. In addition, she leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends, among them her devoted niece Marki Meredith.
Rhonda's hobbies included watching daytime stories and indulging in her favorite television shows, which brought her joy and relaxation. Her ability to stay connected and communicate effectively with her family will be a cherished memory for all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Pauline Marshall; father, Bradford Marshall; sister, Ruby Marshall; and brother, Mark Marshall. Rhonda's passing is a profound loss, but her spirit will forever resonate in the hearts of those who loved her.
A funeral service to honor Rhonda's life will take place on February 28, 2026, at 1:00 PM, with an end time of 2:00 PM, at Joseph Jenkins Jr Funeral Home, located at 2011 Grayland Ave, Richmond, VA, 23220.
