Departed this life January 30, 2018. Richard Robert “Bobby” Twiggs, age 87, of Richmond. He is survived by his wife, Ann Twiggs; one brother, Samuel Twiggs; one aunt, Sally Willfor; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Tuesday at 1PM. Interment Riverview Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 12:45PM Tuesday.
