Rosetta Hayes Bailey

Mrs. Rosetta H. Bailey, age 83, of Richmond, departed this life on August 25, 2025. She is preceded in death by her husband, George Bailey. She is survived by a host of nieces and nephews, among them Gregory Johnson (Renee); cousins; three sisters-in-law, Arlene Bailey, Inez Bailey and Evelyn Bailey; one brother-in-law, Sammy Twiggs; other relatives and friends. 

Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Funeral services will be held at 11:00am, Saturday, September 6, 2025, at Fifth Baptist Church, 1415 W. Cary Street, where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Rev. Earl Brown (Pastor) officiating. Interment, Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the church at 10:45am on Saturday.
