Departed this life Departed this life August 29, 2024. She is preceded in death by one son, Kevin McKenzie. She is survived by two loving children, son, Devon McKenzie (Latrice); daughter, Kendra McKenzie-Garlick; fifteen grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; one sister, Shirley McKenzie; several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends and family. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Ave where Mrs. Garlick can be viewed all day Thursday, September 5th and where funeral services will be held 1PM Friday, September 6th. Interment Oakwood Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the chapel 12:45PM Friday.
