Ruby Mae Brown

Mrs. Ruby Mae Brown, age 89, of Richmond, departed this life on August 20, 2026. She is survived by three daughters, Brenda Ferrell, Lisa Muhammad (Orrin) and Cynthia Paige; one son, James Ross (Grace); fourteen grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; three sisters, Pearl Brown, Roberta Puryear and Gwendolyn Smith; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; other relatives and friends. 

Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue, where the Janazzah Prayer will be take place on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at 1:00pm. Interment, Riverview Cemetery. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the funeral home at 12:45pm on Tuesday.
