Sandra Tinsley

Departed this life July 1st, 2022. Ms. Sandra Tinsley, age 63, of Richmond. She is preceded in death by her son, Kenneth Tinsley. She is survived by two grandchildren, Londyn and Michael Tinsley;  three sisters ,Barbara Carol Rodgers, Theolia Vaughan, and Yvonne  Samuel; one brother, Charles “Skippy” Jones; one uncle, Carl Carter; nieces, nephews and a host of cousins; and other relatives and friends.  Memorial services will be held at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue Saturday at 3:30 PM. Rev. Ernest Graham off. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 3:15PM Saturday.
