Shirley Ann Scott

Departed this life peacefully on February 13, 2023.  Mrs. Shirley Ann Mitchell Scott, age 77, of Richmond. Born to the late Woodrow and Lucille Mitchell of Amelia, Virginia.  She is also preceded in death by one sister, Sandra Jefferson, five brothers, Robert, John, William, Arthur, and Franklin Mitchell all of Amelia, Virginia.  She leaves behind to cherish loving memories, a loving and devoted husband of 43 years, James M. Scott, Jr., one devoted, dedicated and loving son, Clyde Mitchell (Sharon), one stepson, Julius J. Culver Jr. (Vonda), three sisters, Beatrice Johnson, Brenda Booker, and Pamela Mitchell. Five grandchildren, Jasmine, Tyler, Nikki, Deaviyon, and Quianna, 4 great-grandsons, and a host of nieces, nephews, two very devoted cousins, Marjorie Dudley and Sharon Morris, two-sisters-in-law, Erma Scott and Brenda Scott, and other relatives and friends.
