Stephen Alexander Randolph

Departed this life December 24th, 2023. Stephen Randolph, age 78, of Richmond. He is survived by one son, Stephen Randolph-Ransom(Tonya); four grand children, Anissa Turner-Randolph, and Yvonne, Alexandria and Theresa Randolph-Ransom; and other relatives and friends. No memorial services are planned. He was loved by his family and friends.
