She was survived by her wife, Monica Southall; parents, Felecia P. and Jerry Compton; three sisters, Omega Compton, Meghan Compton and Siedah Nelson; two brothers, Jerry Compton Jr. and Kendall Taylor; grandmother, Mary Jones; several aunts, uncles among them Eugene and Vernita Shelton, nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends among them Colola Files. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home,2011 Grayland Ave where funeral services will be held Monday, August 9, 2021. Interment Amelia Veterans Cemetery.
