Teresa Felicia Robinson

Teresa Felicia Robinson, a loving wife, a devoted mother, cherished sister, and beloved friend, passed away peacefully on June 12, 2026. Born on February 8, 1965, in Newport News, Virginia, Teresa’s life was marked by a radiant spirit and an enduring love for family and community.

Teresa completed her education at Ferguson High School in Newport News, graduating in 1983, and went on to earn her degree from Virginia State University in 1987. Her commitment to excellence carried into her career as an accountant at Travelers Insurance, where she was respected for her professionalism and dedication.

Known for her fun-loving personality and explosive energy, Teresa was a woman who celebrated life with joy and passion. Above all, her family was her lifeline; she found her greatest pride and accomplishment in the successes of her children. She was a devoted wife to her husband, Mark Robinson, and a loving mother to her daughter, Taya Robinson, and son, Mark Robinson Jr.

Teresa enjoyed the simple pleasures of life—gardening, spending time outdoors, and relaxing on the deck. These moments of peace brought her great happiness. Among her closest companions was her dog, Harrison Lee, whose loyalty and companionship she deeply treasured. Her closest friend and sister, Tammy Williams, stood by her side through life’s many moments.

Teresa is survived by her loving family, including her four sisters Shirley Christian, Loretta Johnson, Cassandra Williams, and Tammy Williams; her four brothers Raymond Williams, Arnold Williams (Karen), Kelvin Williams (Mariah), and Timothy Jackson (Ozzie); and a wide circle of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who will forever cherish her memory.

Her journey was also marked by those who preceded her in death, including her parents William Harold Jr. and Mary Ruth Williams, her sister Brenda Williams, and nephews Bryant Craig Williams, Dwight Williams, and Fred Fobs.

The family will gather to honor her life at a Funeral Service on June 20, 2026, 11:00am, at Ebenezer Baptist Church, located at 216 W Leigh St, Richmond, VA 23220.

Teresa Felicia Robinson’s legacy will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved her. Her laughter, love, and indomitable spirit will be deeply missed but never forgotten. May she rest in peace.
