Departed this life November 13th, 2022. Ms. Timeka Evette Phillips, age 43, of Richmond. She is survived by her father, Walter Phillips; eight aunts; two uncles; a host of cousins and other relatives and friends. Memorial services will be held Friday 2PM at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 1:45PM Friday.
