Departed this life June 3, 2022. Tommy Phillips of Richmond. He is preceded in death by his father, Thomas Smith; mother Clara Phillips and sister Delores Alexander all of Richmond. He is survived by 1 brother, Leroy Phillips(Lucille);  3 sisters, Betty Cain(Louis), Clara Smith and Judy Bosher; three nieces, Andrea Rowe, Leandra Phillips and Elisha Williams(Jason); Quintin Cain(Patrice), Benjamin, Clarence  and Darnell Rowe and Arthur Phillips; a host of great nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home. There is no viewing or services planned.
