Departed this life December 18, 2023 in Richmond, Virginia. She was preceded in death by her husband, Reginald Evans. She is survived by loving family including nephew, Scottie Overby of Oxford, NC, niece, Marian Irby of Waldorf, MD; sister- in- law,                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      Mary M. Jones of Washington, DC, friend Josephine Smith and a host of great nieces and nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home , 2011 Grayland Ave. Funeral services will be held 12 Noon Thursday December 28th at Fifth Baptist Church , 1415 W. Cary Street. Dr. Earl M.
