Viola Marie McFail

Departed this life May 15th, 2023. Mrs. Viola McFail, age 89, of Richmond. She is preceded in death by one son, Richard Edward McFail. She is survived by four daughters, Betty Pettus, Marion McFail, Katie Studifin, and Bessie Sykes(David); one son, Thomas McFail Jr.; 12 grandchildren; a host of great and great great grandchildren; Emma Lofton who was like a daughter; a host of nieces, nephews among them two devoted, Calvin Alexander(Janet) & Ronald Lee Alexander(Donnetta) and cousins; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where Mrs. McFail can be viewed Thursday from 10AM to 8PM. Funeral services will be held Friday 12 noon at New Bethel Christian Fellowship UHCA, 4634 East Southside Plaza, Richmond, 23224 where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Bishop Lindberg Edwards(pastor). Pastor Robin Wilson eulogy. Interment Maury Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the church 11:45AM Friday.
