Winifred was called from labor to reward on Friday, August 5, 2022, in Henrico, VA.

Elaine or PooPee, as she was affectionately called was born on August 22, 1962. She was born and educated in Brooklyn, NY. Elaine graduated high school in the late 70s and then became employed by the Veterans Administration. In 1994, Elaine and her three sons relocated to Richmond, VA. She recently worked for RPS with environmental service.

Elaine was a loving person. She would always watch over the neighborhood children, as well as her own. She loved children, especially her grandchildren. Elaine would do whatever she could for those in need.

Elaine is preceded in death by her parents, Frederick and Mary Beale, sister Dorothy Palmer, and nephew Alphonso Evans.

Elaine leaves to cherish her memory, one daughter; Chamary Beale, three sons; Christopher Canty, Corey Beale and Chawn Beale, five granddaughters, two grandsons, sister Laura Easterling (Grover), brother Douglas Beale a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends, and a special life long friend Joe. Funeral services will be held 11AM Thursday August 25, 2022 at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home 2011 Grayland Ave. Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery.
