William Cullen Belton Sr.

Departed this life May 1^st, 2022.  William Cullen Belton Sr., age 90, of Richmond.  He was the owner of Cullen’s Barber Shop, a one-time staple in the West End.  He is preceded in death by his wife, Sarah L.  Belton.  He is survived by three sons, William C.  Belton Jr., Carl J.  Belton and Wyatt H.  Belton(Gi);  a host of grand and great-grandchildren;  one brother, Jarvis A.  Thomas(Nancy); a host of  nieces, nephews and cousins;  sisters- in- law and other relatives and friends.  Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr.  Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where Mr.  Belton can be viewed Friday from 10AM to 8PM.  Graveside services will be held Saturday 10AM at Mt.  Calvary Cemetery.  Dr.  Theodore Brown off.  Family and friends assemble at the cemetery 9:45AM Saturday.
