Departed this life September 12, 2019. Willie “Bigtime” Mines of Richmond. He is survived by two daughters, Michelle Lacy and Sandra Lacy Turner, one son, Michael Wall; six grandchildren; one sister, Cleo Carver(Ronald), one brother, Edward Mines, a host of nieces, nephews and cousins and other relatives and friends among them his fiancé, Joyce Wall. At his request, no memorial services are planned.
